Warning: This is not meant to be taken seriosly. This is just criticism on the innacuracies in the mod.
Hello my fellow paleontologists, Cane here. Today i am going to make my first blog! Yeah, suprising... (Obvios sarcasm.) Anyways, i am going to point out the innacuracies in the Fossils and Archeology mod that i found. Lets start with the first creature!
Triceratops[]
The only innacuracy on Triceratops is it's horns. Now, Triceratop's horns depend on it's species, age and gender. But i'm talking about a different problem, they are still bones just sticking out of the head. They should be the part of the head. The Triceratops in the mod also has a larger beak area.
Velociraptor[]
No problem here.
Tyrannosaurus[]
The problem is with the baby. We have found a Juvenile speciment that shows that Juvenile Tyrannosaurus looked more like an Albertosaurus. But maybe its just the art style of the mod, if it is then no problem here.
Pteranodon[]
Still no Pycnofibers.
Nautilus[]
It shouldn't push its body with its tentacles like an octopus, it should rather just do and up-and-down kind of thing.
Plesiosaurus[]
When a Plesiosaurus looks at you in-game, it might look up of down on you. That is innacurate. a Plesiosaurus' neck can only move left or right, so that means the mod's Plesiosaurus' neck is broken.
Mosasaurus[]
Where is the black and white countershading? Its teeth should not stick out, too.
Stegosaurus[]
If the species of Stegosaurus in the mod is Stenops, then the plates should be more curved towards the back. Ungulatus can get away with it, though.
Dilophosaurus[]
No problem here.
Smilodon[]
No problem here.
Brachiosaurus[]
No problem here.
Mammoth[]
No problem here.
Spinosaurus[]
The Sail should be more like a camel hump.
Ankylosaurus[]
The Armor shouldn't be like a turtle shell. Its something like on the image.
Dodo[]
No problem here.
Compsognathus[]
No problem here.
Pachycephalosaurus[]
No problem here. Although, it might have tail armour like in Saurian.
Deinonychus[]
No problem here.
Coelocanth[]
I already said that it gives live birth, but the innacuracies do not count to fish. (Including Nautilus, which I told about earlier.)
Gallimimus[]
No problem here.
Liopleurodon[]
Same problems as the Mosasaurus.
This blog is W.I.P and will be updated time to time.
